Harbour View Medical Arts

Harbour View Medical Arts I is located in the rapidly growing northern section of Suffolk, and a component of future Harbour View Station Town Center, a high-quality, pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use environment providing the backdrop for a rich and vital urban experience for residents, employers, workers, and visitors alike.

The project site of approximately 7 acres, is conveniently situated near the existing Bon Secours Ambulatory & Surgery Center next door. The development consists of two 2 story 50,000 sf medical office buildings which will be implemented in two phases. Harbour View Medical Arts I is part of the first phase.

The project is the product of the design-build team effort to produce a result that meets the expectations of a diverse set of team members and the vigorous regulatory hurdles set by the Harbour View Station Masterplan.  We worked closely with Hourigan Construction to manage the shell construction cost to within the budget limits of approximately $83 per sq ft. The building construction consists of a steel frame and metal stud infill with polychromatic brick veneer.  Building features consist of an upscale elevator lobby, serving both an oversize and a stretcher size elevator, and plentiful large windows around the perimeter. The building is styled to become an integral part of the urban fabric that should form around the development in the near future.
