Henrico Doctors Hospital Medical Office Development

Working with the hospital, Cornerstone Architects was asked to produce schematic designs in preparation for a Plan of Development (POD) and request for proposals. The hospital was seeking a developer to engage a design professional and contractor to design and construct a medical office building containing approximately 95,000 gross square feet. The ground floor was planned for an ambulatory surgery center and a pedestrian connection to the main hospital. The site was master planned for two MOBS and a future parking deck together with related storm water retention, site amenities and improvements, parking areas, driveways, utility improvements on the land and certain portions of adjoining lands that had been recently acquired by the hospital.
