The renovation of a 3,985 square foot building. This former home to Emrick Chevrolet
offered an opportunity for innovation. Cornerstone Architects implemented innovative
design solutions by pairing original architectural features with new industrial elements
that reflect the client’s image. An emphasis was put on minimizing waste and pollution
by utilizing existing elements, selecting earth-friendly materials and employing
innovative systems to lower annual energy costs.
