A developer approached Cornerstone Architects seeking a concept study to present to the City of Richmond. The site has a 10’ grade change and has beautiful views of the downtown skyline.

The building would have seven floors each with eight units.

Four floors of underground parking.

A green roof would allow residents to enjoy the view of the city and the environment. As a compliment to the rooftop, a spa and laundry facilities would be alongside this park-like setting.
