Winchester MOB III

In order to continue to meet the healthcare demands of the community, Winchester Medical Center intends to build MOB III, a 125,000 GSF four (4) story composite steel frame and masonry medical office building. This new MOB will be constructed over a new parking deck. We have included time for the structural coordination with the parking deck design/builder. While the future tenant mix is unknown, we anticipate “B” occupancy, general medical suites and other medical uses will be accommodated.
